Persians dishes are colourful and inviting; because Persian people believe that a meal should be pleasing to the eyes before it reaches one's mouth.

In Iran, food is a form of art, an important part of daily life that brings enjoyment to the mind and body. Persians often enjoy talking about food and take pride in the planning and preparation of meals with their loved ones.

The main ingredients in Persian Cuisine includes, rice, meat (lamb, veal, chicken and fish), as well as green herbs, vegetables and various grains. Flavour is added with the use of Saffron, lime, lemon juice, yogurt various pastes, rose petals, turmeric, cinnamon, sumac and many, many other herbs and spices.

It is my greatest pleasure to share my love of Persian food with others by demonstrating my skills and techniques, in the hope that my knowledge will be passed on to future generations.
