How to make Sour grape juice
Ingredients
  • 1 kg Un ripped grape
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • Clean bottles
Directions
  • First separate all the steams from the fruit, then wash and drain.
  • If you have a Juicer, use it to get the grapes juice and then mix with salt.
  • If you do not have the juicer, place the fruit in a blender and blend for a minute then add salt.
  • Cover a pot or a bowl with a clean cloth, poor the juice in to the cloth you prepared before.
  • To unclog the fabric wipe it with age of the spoon to help with running juice.
  • After all the juice ran out, remove the cloth and squeeze to get all the remaining juice.
  • Now bottle the grape juice up to the neck of the bottles and leave 3 centimetres, then close the lid tight.
  • Place the bottles in to a reasonable size pot; add water to cover at least up to the middle of   the bottles.
  • Bring to boil and boil for at least 10 to 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and cool as it is.
  • Leave overnight, then take the bottles out, label it and store in a cool pantry.
  • Use it according to the recipe in hand.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan).
