Ingredients

Directions

 

  • Clean and wash the beans.
  • In a big pot, add the fried herbs, water, beans, fried onion, salt, pepper and meat.
  • Wash, skin and cut the potatoes into a few pieces, then add to the pot. Cover and bring to boil.
  • Prick dried limes and add them to the pot. Simmer gently until the meat and beans are cooked.
  • Now add saffron and lemon powder and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Separate the liquid from the cooked meat and mash the rest.
  • Serve this food warm with bread, pickles, onion and fresh herbs ( how to make sabzi khordan).
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan).
     
Tips

To ensure the beans cook well, soak them overnight (How to soak beans).
