How to make Cooked Chickpeas Powder (Arde Nokhodchi )
Ingredients
  • Any amount of Unsalted, dry, cooked chickpeas you need.
Directions
  • Clean dryed cooked chickpeas.
  • Grind them to make chickpea powder.
  • Use a kitchen sieve to make a smooth powder.
  • Now use it according to the recipe in hand.
Tips

You can store chickpea powder (arde nokhodchi) in the pantry or freezer, in an airtight container.

 Make sure to record the date when storing in the pantry or freezer.
