How to make Corn Kebab (balal kabab)
Ingredients

3 servings

  • 3 fresh whole corn
  • 2 litres of water
  • 2 tablespoons salt 
Directions
  • Strip the corn.
  • Lay the corn on top of a meshed tray and place on top of the barbecue or stove.
  • Turn over occasionally to make sure the corn is cooked evenly.
  • Bring water to boil.
  • Pour the boiled water into a big, deep jar.
  • Add salt and stir to dissolve completely.
  • When the corn is ready, submerge them into the mixture of hot water and salt then let rest for 2 minutes.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

Remember to keep constant watch during cooking to avoid a fire.
