Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 125g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • Whipped cream or ice cream to serve (how to make whipped cream)

Topping

  • 1 firm banana chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
  • Grease and line a loaf pan tin with baking paper. You can use silicone mould of your choice.
  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • In a bowl beet sugar and butter until creamy, add eggs and beet well.
  • Dissolve the baking soda in the milk and add to the mixture and mix.
  • Mash banana and add to the mixture with cinnamon.
  • Sift flour and baking powder fold into the mixture.
  • Scrape into the prepared mould; sprinkle chopped banana and walnuts on top.
  • Top with butter and brown sugar mixture (it can be melt together)
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until skewer comes out clean when you insert.
  • Serve this cake in slices hot or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan).
Tips

You can Freeze this cake, but to serve u need to defrost and reheat in the oven again

Cooking Tips
To have a spreadable butter for your sandwiches, keep the butter in room temperature for 1 Hour, or place it in the microwave oven for 15 to 20 seconds. Times vary depending on the amount of butter you need.
When you’re making soft boiled eggs, cooking time will be longer if the eggs are not room temperature.
