Ingredients

1-2 servings

Directions
  • Pour yoghurt into a bowl.
  • Squash smoked eggplant and add to bowl.
  • Add salt, fried onion and dried mint.
  • Decorate with walnuts and dried mint.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

You can keep smoked eggplant in the fridge or freezer and use when needed.

You can also add some garlic if you like.
