How to make Rhubarb Compote (compote revas)
Ingredients

2 servings

  • 250g rhubarb
  • 100g sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups water 
Directions
  • Mix water and sugar in a pot, bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Skin and wash rhubarb then add to syrup.
  • Cook for 5 minutesthen leave aside to cool.
  • Serve this compote cold.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

You can serve this compote with ice.
