How to make Apricot Compote (Compoot Zardaloo)
Ingredients

1 servings

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 whole apricots
  • 1 cup water 
Directions
  • Wash apricots, cut in half and remove seeds.
  • In a pot, add all the ingredients, place on stove and bring to boil.
  • Boil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Then let cool.
  • Serve cold.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

Time of cooking depends on the type of apricots.
