Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1L cold water or sparkling mineral water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mint 
Directions
  • Mix water and yoghurt.
  • Add salt and dried mint.
  • Pour this liquid into a bottle with a funnel.
  • Chill in the fridge and serve with ice.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

To get better results, the yoghurt must be sour (You can keep yogurt out of the refrigerator overnight).
