How to make Steamed Spinach
Ingredients
  • 500g fresh spinach
  • TEST
Directions
  • Clean and soak the spinach in water for 10 minutes.
  • Drain and wash again.
  • Drain and leave aside for a few minutes.
  • Place the spinach in a frying pan or pot, cover and steam on medium-high heat.
  • Cook and stir occasionally until all the liquid evaporates.
  • Use according to the recipe in hand.
Tips

You can prepare and keep spinach in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Always record the date on the container of food when storing in the freezer.
