How to make Home-made Butter
Ingredients
  • 500ml fresh heavy cream (cold)
  • Food processor
Directions
  • Place the cream in a food processor and wiz until the butter separates from the milk. This could take 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Drain the liquid from the butter as much as possible. You might need to use a paper towel to do this.
  • Serve this butter with toast bread and enjoy.
Tips

You can add herbs and spices to make different varieties of butter.

Since nearly all of today's recipes are developed with commercial butter, it's a little risky to trust your baking recipe to homemade butter.
