Ingredients

1 serving

  • eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil 
Directions
  • In a bowl, break eggs and stir with a fork.
  • Mix milk, sugar and baking powder, then add to eggs.
  • Add oil and butter in a pan. When oil is hot pour the mixture in.
  • Now reduce heat.
  • Cover frying pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, cut the omelet cross wise into 4 pieces, turn over and brown.
  • Serve this food with bread (Nan Barbary / Nan taftoon / Pita bread).
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

This omelet contains sugar so be careful not to burn the omelette.
