How to make Meatball (kofteh ghelgheli)
Ingredients

The amount of the ingredients depends on the recipe in hand.

  • 250g minced beef
  • 1 small or medium onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mint (how to dry herbs)(optional)
  • Oil
Directions
  • In a bowl, add meat and onion and all other ingredients.
  • Mix well and take a small amount of the mixture and shape into a small meatball.
  • Arrange meatballs in a frying pan, add a little oil and fry lightly.
  • Now use according to the recipe.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

Meatballs can be made ahead of time and kept in the freezer until needed. The size of the meatballs depends on the recipe.

Always record the date on the container of the food you keep the the freezer.
