Ingredients

2-3 Servings

  • 300g minced beef (ground beef)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mint and basil
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fried onion (refer to the related video)
  • 1 egg
Directions
  • First wash and grate the onion.
  • In a big bowl, place the meat, onion, herbs, salt, pepper, egg and mix well.
  • Place fried onion in a medium pot, add water, 1 teaspoon salt and bring to boil.
  • Make small meatballs from the meat mixture and drop them into the boiling sauce.
  • Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Serve this soup with bread.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

You can use dried herb insted of fresh herb.
