How to make fancy frittata
Ingredients
  • 1or 2 bread rolls
  • 2 cups herb mixture (need link to kookoo eng)
  • Oil for frying
Directions
  • Slice bread rolls into 1 inch thick sections.
  • Make a whole in the middle of each slice.
  • Heat oil in a shallow frying pan, lay down the slices in the pan and fill the holes with the herb mixture.
  • Cover and cook on a low heat for 2 minutes, then turn over to brown the other side.
  • Lay the slices on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve while hot.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe Jan).
Tips

You can make this food a day before, cover in foil and reheat in the oven when needed.
