Ingredients

4 servings

  

Directions
  • Wash, cook, and grate potatoes.
  • Skin and grate onion.
  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Break and add eggs.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan, drop a spoonful of the mixture into the pan (the size of the patties depend on the size of the spoon you use).
  • Turn over the patties when one side is brown.
  • Lay the patties on paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • serve this frittata with bread and sabzi khordan, Nan Barbary, Nan Taftoon or with steamed rice (Kateh or Chelo)
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan).

You can make this kookoo in any size and in any shape.
