Ingredients
  • Meat frittata (kookoo gousht) (refer to basics section)
  • Small bunch of parsley
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 tablespoon prepared Iranian garlic (mossier)
  • 1 avocado
  • 3-4 sheets of plain wrap bread 
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or thick yoghurt (must kiseh)
Directions
  • Make meat frittata (to make meat frittata, refer to the Kookoo Gousht video in the meat frittata section).
  • Mash avocado and mix with mint and mossier (Iranian garlic).
  • Lay the wrap bread on top of a chopping board then spread with avocado mixture.
  • Slice the tomato and arrange it along one end of the bread.
  • Slice the meat frittata and arrange on top of the tomato.
  •  Roll the bread gently and firmly.
  • Cut the ends off of the bread roll and then slice the roll into even pieces.
  • Arrange the bread pieces on a plate and decorate with parsley.
  • Serve this finger food (loghmeh) cold.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

This finger food is well suited for parties.

You can use any type of frittata to make this finger food.

You can use any leftover frittata for this food.

Instead of mossier you can use just a dash of crushed garlic.
