Ingredients

2-3 servings

  • 500g fish filet (any kind)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Oil for frying 
  • 1 cup white flour (bread crumbs)
Directions
  • Cut fish to the desired size, sprinkle with salt and leave aside for 30 minutes.
  • Coat each piece with flour and leave aside for another 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan, place the fish inside and brown.
  • When one side is brown, turn over and brown the other side.
  • Lay the fish on a piece of paper towel to remove the excess oil.
  • Serve hot.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

You can serve this fish with rice or fries

Insted of using white flour you can use bread crumbs.

Cooking Tips
When you’re making soft boiled eggs, cooking time will be longer if the eggs are not room temperature.
To have a spreadable butter for your sandwiches, keep the butter in room temperature for 1 Hour, or place it in the microwave oven for 15 to 20 seconds. Times vary depending on the amount of butter you need.
