Directions
  • Break and beat the eggs in a big bowl.
  •   Add salt, garlic, curry powder, pepper, liquid saffron and mix well.
  • Place half of the bread crumbs in a big tray, place the chicken in the tray and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Dip the chicken in the egg, and then coat well with the remaining bread crumbs. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before frying.
  • Heat oil in a big, deep pot, place the chicken in the oil and fry until brown and crisp, turning the chicken over a few times.
