How to make Persian Shallots (moosier)
Ingredients
  • Dry persian shallots (Dry Moosier) )))0.  
Directions
  • Place moosier in a bowl and add water.
  • Cover and set aside (soak) for at least a couple of hours or overnight.
  • Drain and cut into small pieces or use a food processor to mash.
  • Add some salt and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
  • Use to make yoghurt dip. 
Tips

When you add to yoghurt, do a taste test before adding salt.
