How to make Muesli
Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup rice bubbles
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dried banana
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dried mango
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dried apricot
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons black and white sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 cup milk or fresh fruit juice (per serve)
  • 1/2 a fresh banana
Directions
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, then store in an airtight container.
  • If you like you can add raisins, dates or a little sugar to make this sweeter.
  • Serve 1 cup of this mixture with 1 cup of milk or fresh fruit juice and top with sliced banana.
  • Enjoy.
