Directions
  • Cut sponge into 1 cm thick square pieces (toast size).
  • Cover majority of the top with sweet cream.
  • Cut the apricots into halves.
  • Place the apricots on top of the cream.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan).
Tips

The sponge cake should be brown to look like toast.
