How to make Paloodeh Yakhi
Ingredients

2 servings

  • 2 cups rockmelon
  • 1/4 cup rose water
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar (depends on how sweet the rockmelon is) 
Directions
  • Wash rockmelon, cut in half, remove seeds and skin, then cut into small pieces.
  • Put the rockmelon pieces in an airtight container and put in the freezer for a few hours to freeze.
  • Take out when frozen and leave aside for 5 to10 minutes.
  • Then blend using blender.
  • Now serve in a wine glass or normal glass.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

If you don’t have an electric blender, use a hand blender.
