How to make Ghormeh Sabzi herbs
Ingredients

Maks 2 cups

  • 150g parsley
  • 150g spinach
  • 150g chives
  • 50g fresh fenugreek leaves or 1/4 cup dried fenugreek
  • 1/2 cup oil or 2 tablespoons ghee. 
Directions
  • Clean and wash the herbs twice (except chives) then dry.
  • To dry the herbs, place them into a clean cloth bag, close the top, place the bag in the washing machine and spin for a few minutes.
  • Now chop the herbs.
  • Clean the chives, stack, and then chop.
  • Wash the chive twice and drain.
  • Place the chopped herbs in a pot, add oil and fry for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the amount of herbs.
  • Now use the herbs according to the recipe in hand.
Tips

You can prepare and keep these herbs in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Always record the date on the container of food when storing in the freezer.
