Ingredients
  • Any fresh herb 
Directions
  • Wash and drain herbs.
  • Lay herbs on a clean kitchen towel and allow them to dry.
  • Separate the dry leaves from the stems.
  • Keep the herbs in an airtight container or freezer bag.
  • Now use according to the recipe in hand. 
Tips

When you dry herbs, always use a shaded area.

Cover the herbs when drying them outside.
