How to make Fried Mint & Parsley mixture
Ingredients

makes 2 cups

  • 1/2 kg mixture of fresh mint, parsley and spinach
  • 1/3 cup oil 
Directions
  • Clean and wash herbs twice.
  • To dry the herbs, place them into a clean cloth bag, close the top, place in the washing machine and spin a few times.
  • Now chop the herbs.
  • Place chopped herbs in a pot, add oil and fry for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the amount of herbs.
  • Now use the herbs according to the recipe in hand. 
Tips

If you don’t have access to fresh herbs, use the dry one.

Frying time will vary depending on the amount of the herbs you are frying

You can prepare and keep these herbs in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Always record the date on the container of food when storing in the freezer.
