How to make Sabzi Polo Herbs
Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg mixture of fresh coriander, parsley,  spinach, dill, fenugreek and chives
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
Directions
  • Clean and wash herbs twice.
  • To dry the herbs, place them into a clean cloth bag, close the top, place in the washing machine and spin a few times.
  • Chop the herbs and garlic.
  • Now use the herbs according to the recipe in hand.
Tips

If you don’t have access to fresh fenugreek, use dry fenugreek.

You can prepare and keep these herbs in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Always record the date on the container of food when storing in the freezer.
