How to make Fried garlic (sir dagh)
Ingredients

Makes 1/4 cup

  • 3-4 tablespoons oil
  • 3-4 fresh garlic cloves 
Directions
  • Wash, peel, chop or grate garlic.
  • Place garlic with oil in a pot and fry for 1 to 2 minutes stir constantly.
  • Use according to the recipe.
Tips

You can use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, but you only need to fry it for a few seconds.

Do not fry garlic for too long as it will burn and the taste will be bitter.

Then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
