How to make Chili Capsicum Sauce (sauce felfel)
Ingredients

Makes a cup

  • 2 medium yellow capsicum
  • 2 medium red capsicum
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Directions
  • Wash capsicums, then cut into 2 to 4 pieces and remove seeds.
  • Place capsicums in a pot, add half a cup water, cover and let cook slowly.
  • Let cool, then remove skin.
  • Now chop using a chopping board.
  • Lightly fry with 2 tablespoons oil  for 3 minutes.
  • Add vinegar, salt, chili powder, olive oil and mix.
  • Serve this pickle with Abgousts and also mixed rices.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

You can make this sauce as hot or as mild as you wish.

The colors of the capsicums are up to you and your imagination.
