Ingredients

Directions
  • Prepare drained pasta (refer to the related video).
  • Prepare pasta sauce (refer to the related video).
  • Wash, skin, and slice potato into 1cm thick pieces.
  • In a pot add oil and liquid saffron.
  • Arrange potato slices in the pot to cover the bottom of the pot.
  • Arrange pasta on top and now add your pasta sauce. Do it layer by layer.
  • Cover the pot to allow it to steam up.
  • Now cover the lid with a kitchen towel, place on pot and let cook for 30 minutes on a low heat.
  • Then put a plate on top of the pot and turn over with the pot to fill plate.
  • Serve as you like.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

If you want to get a good crispy rice and potato (tadeeg) you must cook the pasta longer (around 1 hour), but use a low heat.
