Ingredients

1 serving

  • 2 fresh eggs (no-7) room temperature
  • water
  • Small pot
  • Pinch of salt 
Directions
  • Pour water in a pot.
  • Place the pot on the stove.
  • Carefully place eggs in the pot and bring to boil.
  • There should be enough water to cover the eggs.
  • Boil the eggs for exactly 1 minute from the time the water starts to boil.
  • Remove the eggs from the pot.
  • Place the eggs in an egg holder and break the top.
  • Separate the shells from the egg and serve with bread.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

The cooking time will vary depending on the number of eggs you’re cooking.

If the eggs you’re cooking are notroom temperature, cooking time will be longer.
