How to make Grapes Pickels (torshi angoor)
Ingredients

1 small jar

  • 1 cup fresh champagne grapes (you can use any kind of grapes)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 small jar 
Directions
  • Clean and wash grapes.
  • In a small jar add grapes, salt and sugar.
  • Add vinegar to cover the grapes. Close the lid and shake well a few times.
  • It will take a week for this pickle to be ready.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

It’s better to use small seedless grapes. 

You can use the bigger grapes but you need a bigger jar and more vinegar.
