How to make Green Peppers Pickels (Torshi Felfel)
Ingredients
  • Around 1 cup small green peppers
  • Vinegar to fill  the jar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar 
  • 1 smal jar
Directions
  • Wash and clean peppers.
  • Fill the  jar with peppers.
  • Add salt, sugar and vinegar. Add enough vinegar to cover peppers.
  • Close the lid and shake well a few times.
  • It will take 2 to 3 weeks for this pickle to be ready.
  • We serve this pickle with mixed rice and abgoushts.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

You can use any kind of pepper to make this pickle.
