How to make pomegranate (anar)
Ingredients
  • Fresh pomegranates
  • Sugar
  • Salt
Directions
  • First, wash pomegranates.
  • Cut the top and bottom.
  • Using the instruction video, separate the seeds.
  • Wash and drain the pomegranate seeds.
  • You can serve the seeds or juice them using a juicer.
  • Serve the seeds with salt or sugar depending on your taste.
  • You can serve the juice with ice cubes and sugar if you like.
  • Enjoy and live healthy. 
Tips

You can buy pomegranate juice or pomegranate syrup to make drinks.

Sometimes we use pomegranate molasses in some foods.

Pomegranate fruit will not freeze so you can store the seeds in the freezer and use them when you like. 

Cooking Tips
