How to make Bread Crumbs (Ard e Nan)
Ingredients
  • Sliced bread or French stick (any leftover bread).
Directions
  • Place small pieces of bread in a food processor and turn into bread crumbs.
  • Dry in oven or microwave.
  • Process it again to make a smooth powder.
  • Now use it according to the recipe in hand.
Tips

You can keep these homemade bread crumbs up to 3 months, in an airtight container in the pantry or in the fridge.
