How to make Fry Eggplant
Ingredients
  • Eggplant
  • Oil
  • Salt
Directions
  • You can fry eggplant in 2 different ways
  • In the oven, and in the pan.
  • First wash, skin and dry eggplants.
  • Cut eggplants into 2 to 4 pieces depending on the size of the eggplants and the recipe.
  • Sprinkle with salt and set aside for 1 hour, then rinse and dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Lightly oil an oven tray and arrange eggplants on the tray. Brown under the grill.
  • When one side is done, turn over, spray or brush with oil and brown the other side.
  • To fry eggplants in the pot, heat oil in a deep pot.
  • arrenge eggplants after drying and fry them on the high heat for 2 minuts.
  • turn over cover the pan and fry on a low heat.
  • Use according to the recipe.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan).
Tips

You can keep fried eggplant in an airtight container, in the fridge for a few days.
