How to make Shredded Potato Chips
Ingredients
  •  Potato
  •  Oil for frying
  •  Salt 
Directions
  • Wash and skin potato.
  • Grate potato using the bigger holes of the grater from top to bottom in a bowl of water.
  • Wash 2 to 3 times, then drain shredded potatoes and dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Heat some oil in a deep saucepan, then add one handful of shredded potatoes and stir constantly to avoid them sticking together.
  • When they change colour, add salt and remove them from the pan.
  • Remove excess oil using a paper towel.
  • Now use it according to the recipe in hand.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan).
Tips

You can keep these home made shredded chips for a few days in the pantry, in an airtight container.
