How to make Chocolate Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients
  • 100g cooking chocolate
  • 200g fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil or butter
Directions
  • Gently wash the strawberries and dry with a paper towel.
  • Place chocolate in a bowl or pot and place over (not in) a saucepan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted, then remove from heat.
  • Line a baking sheet or plate with aluminium foil.
  • One at a time, dip each strawberry in chocolate, twirling to coat then place on aluminium foil.
  • Chill chocolate-dipped strawberries for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  • Enjoy.
Tips

These Strawberries should not be stored in the refrigerator longer than 1 hour, as condensation drops may collect on the chocolate.

Cooking Tips
When making kebab and you’re using wooden skewers to make kebabs, soak them in water for 30 minutes before use.
To have a spreadable butter for your sandwiches, keep the butter in room temperature for 1 Hour, or place it in the microwave oven for 15 to 20 seconds. Times vary depending on the amount of butter you need.
