How to make Green Plum compote (Compote Gojeh)
Ingredients

4-6 servings

  • 2 cups green plum compote (gojeh)
  • 3/4 cup sugar or sugar cubes 
Directions
  • Clean and wash plums.
  • In a pot, add water, sugar and plums then bring to boil.
  • Cook on medium heat until  plums are cooked.
  • Cooking time is around 30 minutes.
  • When cooked, let cool then store in refrigerator.
  • Serve compoot cold.
  • Now enjoy (nooshe jan).
Tips

The time of cooking depends on the type of plums.
