How to make Egg Appetizers (devilled eggs)
Ingredients
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt
  • 1/2  teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2  teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sprigs of fresh dill or parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
Directions
  • Remove the egg shells.
  • Cut the eggs in half and scoop the yolks into a bowl.
  • Mash yolks, mayonnaise, yoghurt, cream cheese, chopped parsley, mustard, salt and    pepper together.
  • Using a decorating pipe, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Garnish with dill or parsley sprigs.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve and enjoy!
Tips

Submerging the eggs in cold water after cooking will allow you to easily remove the shells.
