How to make Lamb liver Kebab (Jiggar-Kabab)
Ingredients

3 Servings

  • 300g Lamb liver (100g per serve)
  • Salt to taste
  • 6-8 metal skewers
  • Flat bread
Directions
  • Wash the liver then dry with a kitchen cloth.
  • Skin the liver and cut into thin strips, approximately 5mm thick.
  • Place the liver pieces onto the metal skewers.
  • Cook on top of a barbecue or gas stove for no more than 1 minute.
  • Serve warm by alone or with flat bread.
  • Now enjoy (Nooshe jan).
Tips

Don't overcook lamb liver as it'll become tough.

Cooking Tips
To have a spreadable butter for your sandwiches, keep the butter in room temperature for 1 Hour, or place it in the microwave oven for 15 to 20 seconds. Times vary depending on the amount of butter you need.
When you make layered Jelly, each layer should be completely set before pouring the next layer.
