How to make Nan Chips
Ingredients
  • 2 small half baked breadsticks
  • 1 tablespoon chicken powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Cooking  spray to lightly spray bread
Directions
  • Place breadsticks in freezer for 2 hours before using.
  • Mix chicken powder, garlic powder and chili powder and place into a salt shaker.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the bread as thinly as possible.
  • Preheat the oven on 200 C for 10 minutes.
  • Grease an oven tray using cooking spray and lay the slices of bread on the tray.
  • Spray with oil and sprinkle the spices on top. Cook in oven on 100 C for around 4-5 minutes or until they change color.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and mix the bread. Spray with more cooking oil and sprinkle more spices on top. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Turn off oven and allow the chips to cool in the oven.
  • Serve with dip of your choice and enjoy!
