Sandwich Cake (10 cm diameter)

• Remove the bread crusts with a sharp knife.  
• Use a round moulding ring to cut the bread into circles.
• Mix grated hard-boiled egg with feta cheese.
• Spread and arrange the ingredients on top of each slice, then stack inside the round moulding ring and press.
• Now remove the ring, cover the sandwich and cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
• Cut into slices and serve cold.
• Serve and enjoy!

You can use big round bread to make a bigger sandwich cake.
