Ingredients

1 serving

  • 1-2 tablespoons grated cucumber
  • Ice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Mint Vinegar Syrup (sekanjibeen syrup)
  • 1 cup water
Directions
  • In a glass, pour 1-2 tablespoons seckanjibeen syrup.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons grated cucumber, but do not mix.
  • Add ice.
  • Add water slowly to avoid disturbing the syrup.
  • Then serve.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan).
Tips

To make sekanjibeen syrup, refer to the basics section.

Cooking Tips
To have a spreadable butter for your sandwiches, keep the butter in room temperature for 1 Hour, or place it in the microwave oven for 15 to 20 seconds. Times vary depending on the amount of butter you need.
If you're using a slow cooker to cook beans, you don’t need to soak them. Also use less water.
