Directions
  • Prepare drained pasta using the (refer to the related video).
  • Prepare macaroni sauce using (refer to the related video).
  • In a pot, add oil then arrange bread pieces at the bottom of the pot.
  • Arrange drained pasta on top of the bread, then add pasta sauce. Do this layer by layer.
  • Now cover the pot to let it steam.
  • Then cover the lid with a kitchen towel, cover pot and cook for 45 minutes on a low heat.
  • Then put a plate on top of the pot and turn over pot on the plate side.
  • Serve as you like.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

If you want to get a good crispy rice (tadeeg) you must cook the pasta longer (around 1 hour), but use a low heat. 

Cooking Tips
Pomegranate seeds will not freeze, so you can store them in the freezer and they will remain fresh.
To have a spreadable butter for your sandwiches, keep the butter in room temperature for 1 Hour, or place it in the microwave oven for 15 to 20 seconds. Times vary depending on the amount of butter you need.
