How to make Sour Cherry pickels (Torshi Albaloo)
Ingredients

Makes 1 small jar

  • 1 cup  fresh albaloo (sour cherry)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sal
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 small jar 
Directions
  • Wash and clean sour cherries.
  • In a small jar add salt, sour cherries and sugar.
  • Add vinegar to cover the cherries in the jar, close the lid and shake well a few times.
  • It will take a week for this pickle to be ready.
  • Enjoy (nooshe jan). 
Tips

It’s better to use more salt in this pickle if you like.
